We also believe in making a commitment to our community. The PMI Scholarship allows us to recognize a student who has shown a desire to excel and commit to doing their best!
Scholarship Requirements
- Amount: $750 to be distributed to one or two students
- Application Deadline: May 1st
- Scholarship to be awarded at the beginning of the course and may cover tuition, books, or required materials.
- Scholarship winner must attend the scholarship presentation ceremony (or send a representative) in order to receive the scholarship.
- Scholarship may be awarded to a recent high school graduate interested in entering the tool & die trade or to a candidate in the workforce interested in upgrading skills or changing careers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Must reside in Crawford County and be a Crawford Central School District graduate.
- Scholarship funds must be used for courses at PMI.
- Must be seeking a career in the tooling industry.
- Must be interested in remaining in the Crawford County area.
- Must complete a short essay explaining why they are interested in a career in the tool and die industry.
- Financial need will be considered in reviewing applications.
